Hemangioblastoma

Hemangioblastoma is a highly vascular differentiated benign tumor produced by the brain and spinal nerves. Most hemangioblastomas arise from a single lesion. However, hemangioblastoma is a manifestation of this genetic syndrome in patients with a so-called "von Hippel Lindau" (VHL) disease.
