Idiopathic arthralgia syndrome

Idiopathic arthralgia syndrome (IAS) is an unknown cause, taking wind, cold, wet environmental factors and physical load as the main risk factors, and knee and lumbar spine as the main clinical manifestations. A kind of benign rheumatic syndrome seen in laboratory tests without abnormality is also called rheumatism or benign joint pain, or joint pain of unknown origin.
