Phobia (neurosis (phobic)) is a neurosis with horror symptoms as its main clinical manifestation. Patients develop strong and unnecessary fears of certain subjects, with avoidance behavior. The object of fear may be single or multiple, such as animals, squares, closed rooms, ascents or social activities.
