Acute mucosal lesions are called acute erosive gastritis; mainly mucosal bleeding changes It can be called acute hemorrhagic gastritis, which occurs in a stress state, and those with multiple ulcers as the main can be called stress ulcers. Although the etiology of this group of lesions is different, the pathogenesis, pathology, clinical manifestations, and treatment are similar, so they are discussed together. This disease is one of the common causes of upper gastrointestinal bleeding, accounting for about 20-30%. Oral gastric mucosal barrier disrupting agent is the primary cause of acute gastric mucosal lesions, which often manifests as upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Gastroscopy is the first choice for diagnosis of this disease.
