posterior uterus

Introduction

Introduction The posterior position of the uterus is that the longitudinal axis of the uterus does not change, and the entire uterus is tilted backwards, which tends to make the cervix upturned, that is, the uterus is tilted backward, so that the cervix is not easily immersed in the semen pool and may affect conception. The posterior uterus is more common in the clinic. If the uterus is formed at an acute angle with the junction of the cervix, it is called "post-posterior tilting of the uterus", which is rare in clinical practice. The formation of the posterior uterus has a difference between congenital and acquired, but most of the posterior uterus can be successfully pregnant through certain birth guidance, and only a few more serious patients need surgical treatment of the posterior uterus.

Cause

Cause

1. Many times of artificial abortion, or after abortion, is not well maintained, causing the uterus to pour backwards.

2, due to uterine congenital dysplasia, causing the uterine ligaments to relax, so that the bottom of the uterus to the rear or to the left and right are dumped.

3, inflammation of the uterus, fallopian tubes or ovaries, resulting in tissue adhesion between the uterus and the rectum, so that the uterus under the traction effect from the original position and dumped backwards. The posterior or posterior flexion of the uterus tends to make the cervix upturned, making the cervix difficult to soak in the semen pool and affecting conception.

Physical examination

The examination was performed from the outside to the inside. First, the vulva, urethra, paraurethral gland and vestibular gland were examined by visual inspection, and then examined by gynecological palpation.

Diagnosis

Differential diagnosis

The uterus is turned backwards to the rectum and is called the posterior uterus. In the posterior uterus, there are two types of uterine posterior tilt and uterus posterior tilt. Where the longitudinal axis of the uterus does not change, the entire uterus is turned to the rear, which is called the uterus. After the uterus falls and the temple and the cervix form an acute angle, it is said that the uterus is tilted backwards. The former is more common and the latter is less common. Common causes are ligament slack, pelvic floor septum and wide ligament injury at the bottom of multiple births.
