1. palmar fidromatosis (palmar fidromatosis), also known as Dupuytren contracture, is a fibromatosis of the palmar aponeurosis, often occurring in middle-aged men aged 30 to 50 years. The damage is multiple solid nodules in the palm, usually 3 to 5, with a diameter of 1 cm, occurring at the proximal end of the 4th finger, and the function of flexion and contracture is impaired. The disease is sometimes associated with alcoholic cirrhosis, diabetes and chronic epilepsy. It can also be associated with Peyronie's disease, ankle fibromyalgia, and knuckles.
2. Plantar fibromatosis, also known as Ledderhose disease, is a similar disease of the ankle of palm fibrosis. Slowly enlarged nodules appear in the ankles, making it difficult to walk or even hold weight.
According to the clinical manifestations, the characteristics of skin lesions and histopathological features can be diagnosed.
