Voice tremor enhancement

Introduction

Introduction When the examinee makes a voice, the sound waves originate from the throat, and the vibrations that resonate along the trachea, bronchi, and alveoli to the chest wall can be touched by the examiner's hand, so it is also called tactile tremor. Voice tremor enhancement refers to the vibration enhancement caused by the inspector touching the voice of the examinee, the sound waves originating from the throat, and the resonance along the trachea, bronchi, and alveoli to the chest wall.

Cause

Cause

1. There is inflammation and infiltration in the alveoli, and the consolidation of the lung tissue makes the chande transmission well. (Large leaf pneumonia consolidation, lung obstruction)

2. The huge cavity in the lung close to the pleura, the sound waves resonate in the cavity, especially when there is inflammation around the cavity and adhesion to the chest wall, it is more conducive to sound wave conduction, and the speech tremor is enhanced. (cavitary tuberculosis, lung abscess).

The examiner gently places the ulnar side edges of the left and right palms on the symmetrical parts of the chest walls on both sides, and then the examinee repeats the "yi" long sound with the same intensity, from top to bottom, comparing the corresponding parts from the inside to the outside. The similarities and differences of speech tremors, pay attention to whether there is enhancement or decrease.

(Enhanced): 1. There is inflammation infiltration in the alveoli, and the consolidation of the lung tissue makes the stimuli well. (Large leaf pneumonia consolidation, lung obstruction). 2, a large cavity in the lung close to the pleura, sound waves resonate in the cavity, especially when there is inflammation around the cavity and adhesion to the chest wall, it is more conducive to sound conduction, so that the voice tremor is enhanced (cavity tuberculosis, lung Abscess).

Causes of enhanced speech tremor

1. Lobar pneumonia: mainly caused by Streptococcus pneumoniae, the lesion involves a lung tissue above the lung segment, and acute inflammation mainly caused by diffuse cellulose exudation in the alveoli. The lesion begins in the local alveoli and spreads rapidly to a segment of the lung or to the entire lobules. Clinically, the onset is rapid, often starting with high fever and aversion to cold, followed by chest pain, cough, cough and rust, difficulty breathing, and signs of lung consolidation and increased white blood cell count in peripheral blood. The course of the disease lasted about a week, the body temperature plummeted and the symptoms disappeared. The disease mostly occurs in young men. Common causes of illness are cold, tired or rain. It belongs to the category of "wind temperature" and "lung sputum" of Chinese medicine.

2, pulmonary obstructive disease: chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is a collective term for a group of chronic airway obstructive diseases, the common features of lung parenchyma and small airway damage caused by chronic airway obstruction, increased respiratory resistance and pulmonary insufficiency, including Chronic bronchitis, bronchial asthma, bronchiectasis and other diseases.

3. Cavity tuberculosis: Cavity tuberculosis - The classification of tuberculosis is based on the evolution of tuberculosis to tuberculosis, which leads to the formation of common clinical types: primary tuberculosis, hematogenous disseminated tuberculosis, invasive tuberculosis , hollow tuberculosis (chronic fibrovascular tuberculosis).

4, lung abscess: is due to a variety of causes of lung tissue purulent lesions. Early stage is suppurative inflammation, followed by necrosis to form an abscess. The clinical features are high fever, coughing and coughing. It happens mostly in the prime of life, more men than women. Since the widespread use of antibiotics, the incidence of lung abscess has been greatly reduced.
