Vaginal mucosa swelling

Introduction

Introduction Vaginal mucosal swelling is a symptom caused by the production of embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma under the skin. Rhabdomyosarcoma, tumor size varies, hard, most of the tumor is fixed at the time of treatment. The tumor grows faster, and there may be skin ulceration and bleeding. Pain can occur when the tumor compresses the nerve. Head and neck lumps can have eyeballs, bloody secretions, nosebleeds, swallowing and breathing disorders. The genitourinary system tumors are characterized by vaginal blood secretions, hematuria and urinary retention, and the anal fingers can touch the pelvic mass. This type of metastasis to the retroperitoneal lymph nodes and lymph nodes in the region, more often accompanied by hematogenous metastasis.

Examination and diagnosis of vaginal mucosal swelling:

According to clinical manifestations and pathological features, it is generally not difficult to diagnose, but it is not easy to diagnose early in clinical practice. When a child is found to have a mass in the vagina, the mass is often quite large and even has a destructive infiltration or metastasis. Sometimes histopathological examination is quite benign and often misunderstood as a benign tumor. Scholars believe that there are longitudinal and transverse striped muscle fibers in the eosinophilic cytoplasm, which is the main basis for the diagnosis of rhabdomyosarcoma, but it is difficult to find this striped structure in practice, mainly because of the small number of tumor cells and the sparse structure. Electron microscopy helps to confirm the appearance of striped muscle structures, and the presence of immature cells in tissue sections is more important for diagnosis.

Symptoms of vaginal mucosal expansion that are confusing:

Vaginal mucosal expansion must be differentiated from vaginal polypoid adenocarcinoma, benign renal papillary adenoma, middle renal ductal adenocarcinoma, and vaginal hematoma. Cervical polyps are a manifestation of chronic cervicitis. There is a polyp root attached to the cervix or cervical canal, which is formed by local hyperplasia of the cervical mucosa under the stimulation of inflammation, and protrudes from the external cervix. The surface of the polyp is covered by a columnar epithelium containing cervical glands. The interstitial is rich in microvessels and loose connective tissue, accompanied by inflammatory cell infiltration. Postpartum vaginal hematoma is an obstetric hemorrhagic complication. It refers to the vascular injury or rupture of the birth canal during labor, while the skin or mucous membrane is relatively intact, the blood is locally deposited, and a hematoma is formed. Papillary adenoma is also known as a villous adenoma in the clinic. It is characterized by adenomas that are not prominent in the intestinal wall. The surface is rough and fluffy. It is considered to be a precancerous lesion due to the high chance of canceration.
