Tumor cell membrane glycoprotein: In recent years, it has been found that certain membrane glycoproteins of tumor cells are also involved in platelet aggregation. Membrane proteins mediate platelet aggregation independent of thrombin, but are susceptible to trypsin inhibition. In the above mechanism, divalent cations and plasma factors are extremely important for the activity of tumor cells to induce platelet aggregation.
