Ventricular hypertrophy

Introduction

Introduction Ventricular hypertrophy includes hypertrophy and enlargement. Those with excessive pressure overload are mainly hypertrophic. Those with excessive capacity overload are mainly enlarged. After long-term load, they tend to have hypertrophy and enlargement. The atrial wall is thinner, and it is generally enlarged regardless of the excess load. Atrial or ventricular hypertrophy is a common consequence of organic heart disease, and when it reaches a certain level, it can be expressed on the electrocardiogram. The thickness of the right ventricular wall is only 1/3 of the left ventricular wall. Only when the thickness of the right ventricular wall reaches a considerable level will the integrated vector be shifted from the left ventricular advantage to the right ventricular advantage.

Cause

Cause

Mostly caused by excessive load in the ventricle (diastolic or systolic).

It is generally believed that changes in its ECG are related to the following factors:

1. The myocardial fiber is thickened and the load area is increased, and the voltage generated by the myocardial depolarization is increased.

2, ventricular wall thickening, ventricular cavity enlargement and conduction function caused by degeneration of cardiomyocytes, prolonging the total time course of myocardial activation.

3, ventricular wall hypertrophy, strain and relative blood supply caused by changes in myocardial repolarization order.

Diagnosis

Differential diagnosis

The left ventricular cavity volume increased, the posterior anterior position, the left ventricular segment extended, and the apex extended to the left. The apex of the apex is displayed in the stomach cavity, and becomes dull and left shifting, and the midline of the clavicle. The normal apex is at the level of the iliac crest and within the midline of the clavicle.

Left ventricular hypertrophy: is a symptom or a clinical manifestation, not a disease name. Regarding left ventricular hypertrophy, the definition is that in the heart, the morphology of the left ventricle myocardium changes, increasing in number, causing thickening of the left ventricular wall, while the relative space of the left ventricle is reduced, and blood volume is reduced.

Cardiac hypertrophy: When a doctor performs a physical examination, he or she sometimes notices a hypertrophy. Into an electrocardiogram and chest X-ray photography, most of the heart hypertrophy can be diagnosed.
