Stomach erosion

Introduction

Introduction Stomach erosion is a type of stomach disease. Generally, gastric erosion has signs of onset, such as pain in the stomach 1 hour after a meal, pain in the stomach in the middle of the night, and a similar situation 1 hour before meals. Diet should eat more nutritious, easy to digest food. It is usually suitable for foods that are rich in nutrients, have less residue, are easy to chew, and are easy to digest.

Cause

Cause

Causes: Some are long-term recurrent episodes of gastritis without treatment, which leads to stomach erosion; others are in the heart, too much pressure leads to stomach discomfort. Increased secretion of adrenal glucocorticoids leads to hypersecretion of gastric acid, and mucosal invasion factors are enhanced; Decreased motor function and pyloric dysfunction can cause bile and pancreatic juice to flow back and cause damage to the gastric mucosal barrier. Developed into a stomach smash.

Diagnosis: General gastric erosion has signs of onset, such as pain in the stomach 1 hour after a meal, pain in the stomach in the middle of the night, and a similar situation 1 hour before meals. Histopathology showed superficial epithelial cell defects, the depth of which did not exceed the mucosal muscle layer, and the adjacent meridian membrane had congestion, edema, hemorrhage and inflammatory cell infiltration. Like superficial gastritis, gastric erosion generally does not invade the mucosal muscle layer. Therefore, no scars will be left behind. From a pathological point of view, erosion itself is an acute inflammatory response.

Diagnosis

Differential diagnosis

Differential diagnosis: gastric ulcer is different from gastric erosion. The former penetrates the mucosal muscle layer. After healing, it will inevitably leave fibrous scars. The surface is covered by a layer of epithelium. The mucosal muscle layer cannot be regenerated. The latter is defined as not penetrating the mucosa. The muscle layer, thus leaving no trace after healing.

Diagnosis: General gastric erosion has signs of onset, such as pain in the stomach 1 hour after a meal, pain in the stomach in the middle of the night, and a similar situation 1 hour before meals.
