Introduction

Introduction Clinical examination of malignant lymphoma revealed other lymphoid tissue sites such as trochlear, orbital lymph nodes, and Wei's rings. Immune cell tumors of malignant lymphoma lymph nodes and extranodal lymphoid tissues, derived from malignant transformation of lymphocytes or tissue cells. Although malignant lymphoma is relatively rare in China, new cases have increased year by year in recent years, with at least 25,000 cases per year, and the incidence in Western countries such as Europe, America and Australia can be as high as 11/100,000 to 18/100,000. Higher than the sum of all types of leukemia. At least 30,000 new cases are found each year in the United States. The mortality rate of malignant lymphoma in China is 1.5/100,000, accounting for the 11th to 13th of all malignant tumor deaths, similar to leukemia. Moreover, malignant lymphoma has some characteristics in China: 1 the central coastal areas with high morbidity and mortality; 2 the peak of onset age is around 40 years old, there is no bimodal curve in Europe and the United States, but a single peak similar to Japan; 3 The proportion of Hodgkin's disease is lower than that of European and American countries, but there is an increasing trend; 4 the proportion of follicular type in non-Hodgkin's lymphoma is very low, diffuse type is the overwhelming majority; 5 nearly ten years The data show that China's T-cell lymphoma accounts for 34%, similar to Japan, far more than Europe and the United States.

Cause

Cause

The cause is still unknown, and viral infection, immunodeficiency and genetic factors are important factors in the pathogenesis. Renal transplantation can be induced by immunosuppression, or it can be triggered by long-term recurrent non-specific hyperplasia of lymph nodes.

If there is a certain problem of low immunity, you should pay attention to daily maintenance and check the liver and kidney function.

Clinical manifestation

(a) The main symptoms or signs of malignant lymphoma are painless swelling of superficial lymph nodes. Hejiejin's disease usually involves cervical or supraclavicular lymph nodes. In addition to the involvement of the upper and lower lymph nodes of the transverse iliac crest, other lymphoid tissue sites such as the trochlear, orbital lymph nodes and the Wei's ring may be found after careful clinical examination.

(2) There may be symptoms such as fever, night sweats or weight loss.

(C) Skin itching is more common in Hodgkin's disease than NHL, usually treated with antihistamine drugs.

(4) Patients with Hodgkin's disease occasionally suffer from pain after drinking, and the pain is limited to the affected area.

(5) In addition to lymphadenopathy, splenomegaly can still be found in physical examination. And patients with splenomegaly often have hepatomegaly. In the advanced stage, the superior vena cava can be blocked due to mediastinal lymphadenopathy.

Diagnosis

Differential diagnosis

Attention should be paid to the differentiation of lymph node tuberculosis, other inflammatory lymphadenitis, massive lymph node hyperplasia and lymph node metastasis of other malignant tumors.
