In addition, experts pointed out that in the early stages of certain mental disorders, symptoms of neurasthenia syndrome, such as schizophrenia and depression, may also be manifested. Therefore, neurasthenia syndrome should be carefully identified when it is diagnosed and treated to avoid misdiagnosis.

The causes of neurasthenia syndrome are environmental factors and internal factors. Therefore, prevention should be taken from these two aspects.

The clinical manifestations include dizziness, headache, insomnia, forgetfulness, difficulty in concentration, anxiety, nervousness, irritability, fatigue, decreased work efficiency, fear of sound, tinnitus, general malaise and apathy. May be associated with autonomic and sexual dysfunction.

The main symptoms of neurasthenia are decreased ability in all aspects and increased response to various stimuli.
