Differential diagnosis of tongue deflection:
1. Stretching tongue-like dementia: the mouth is half open, the tongue often sticks out of the mouth, and the symptoms of salivation.
2. Tongue tremor: When the patient is at rest, the tongue is involuntarily shaking. It is characterized by slow rhythmic tremor, 4 to 6 tremors per second, the amplitude is uncertain, and will be exacerbated when the spirit is tense. Many patients are also accompanied by postural tremor of 5-8 times/second.
3. Sagging of the tongue: sagging of the tongue is one of the symptoms of pediatric small jaw deformity syndrome.
