Introduction
Introduction Hand and foot swelling is a manifestation of hand-foot syndrome. Hand-foot syndrome (HFSR) is a palpebral erythema caused by palm-plantar dysfunction or chemotherapy. It is a skin toxicity (median appearance time is 79 days, ranging from 11 to 360 days), mainly in the pressure area. Tumor patients can occur during chemotherapy or molecular targeted therapy. HFSR is characterized by numbness, dullness, paresthesia, tingling, painless or painful sensation, swollen skin or erythema, scaling, chapped, hard-like blisters or severe pain.

Diagnosis
Differential diagnosis
Can be identified with both sides of the hand and foot.
Both sides of the double footetosis (doubleathetosis): characterized by often accompanied by myoclonus and irregular medium and small amplitude exercise, common in patients with cerebral palsy.
