1. The rapid secretion of adolescent males promotes the activity of sebaceous glands and increases secretion;
2. Free fatty acids stimulate the keratinization of the hair follicle sebaceous gland ducts, and the formation of hair follicle horn plugs affects the normal excretion of sebum;
3. Accumulation of sebaceous bacteria (acne propioni) in the sebaceous glands;
4. The accumulated free fatty acids stimulate the hair follicles and penetrate the hair follicles into the dermis to cause inflammation. In addition, genetic, oily work, oily cosmetics, gastrointestinal disorders, endocrine disorders are also associated with the disease.

3, occupational hemorrhoids
It has a history of exposure to tar, oil, oil and paraffin, often accompanied by keratosis of hair follicles. Occurs in the back of the hand, forearms, elbows and other contact areas.
