2, moderate poisoning: shallow coma, with strong stimulation can wake up, can not answer questions, and soon into a coma. The sputum reflex disappears, the breathing is shallow and slow, the blood pressure is still normal, and the corneal reflex and pharyngeal reflex exist.

3, severe poisoning: deep coma, early limb muscle tension, sputum hyperreflexia, pathological reflex positive. Later, the whole body muscles relax and various reflexes disappear. The pupil reacts to light, and the pupils sometimes become large and sometimes shrink. Breathing is shallow and slow, irregular or tidal breathing. The pulse is fine and the blood pressure drops.
