Rotational flap transplantation

A type of flap transplantation. Treatment of diseases: quadriceps tendon rupture hand tendon injury Indication A small area of skin with a defect in the tendon or bone exposed. Contraindications 1. Systemic diseases cannot tolerate surgery. 2. There are local infections in the surgical area. Preoperative preparation Position: as needed. Surgical procedure (1) According to the size, shape and position of the wound, a flap slightly larger than the actual defect is designed on the side of the wound. (2) The top edge of the flap should be higher than the edge of the wound. The larger the angle of rotation, the greater the distance that should be exceeded. (4) When the donor site is in the back of the hand, lift the flap on the periorbital membrane surface, taking care not to damage the branch of the sacral nerve and the ulnar nerve in the back of the hand.
