Cut the periosteum at the lower edge of the defect and peel it upward to the gingival margin to fully expose the defect area. 3. According to the shape, size and depth of the defect range, the following methods can be used for bone transplantation: 1 The free bone piece of the sputum is carved, so that its shape, size and thickness are in close contact with the plant bed. The processed bone graft is placed in the bone wound under the periosteum. If there is a large gap, the small bone piece can be used to fill, plug and suture the periosteum; 2 the free bone piece taken from the humeral condyle can also be decomposed. Become a small piece of fracture, and build it in the bone defect area, pay attention to the close contact between the bone pieces and suture the periosteum. 4. The soft tissue below the defect area is made into a transition flap or a translocation flap covering area.
