At the lower edge of the nasal bridge defect perforation, cut the skin, release it, and push it down to restore the original shape of the tip of the nose. 2. Above the defect, according to the size of the defect, make a flip flap, and suture the mucosal margin in the nasal cavity as a lining. 3. The oblique flap can be designed with the supraorbital artery and frontal artery as the pedicle. After cutting, the wound is transplanted on the nasal back. The forehead is suitable for temporary skin grafting.
