Modified Ober procedure

Treatment of diseases: gluteal muscle contracture Indication Modified Ober surgery is suitable for gluteal muscle paralysis. Contraindications Hip flexion contracture is not corrected. Preoperative preparation Prepare routinely before surgery. Surgical procedure 1. Incision: The skin and subcutaneous tissue were cut from the large trochanter down to 1 cm above the tibia to reveal the tendon bundle. 2. The tendon bundle was cut into a 2.5 cm wide fascia bundle, and the distal end was cut at the knee joint plane. Upturned to the base of the large trochanter, the pedicle is sutured with the periosteum and gluteus maximus fascia, and the edge of the fascia is sutured into a tubular shape. 3. The sacral spine muscle was exposed to the lumbar paravertebral incision, and the second incision was made from the lumbar vertebrae plane at a distance of 2.5 cm from the spinous process to the posterior iliac spine. Cut the fascia and part of the muscle fibers, then peel off the sacral spine muscles in the ankle, free up 7~10cm, make a tunnel under the skin between the two incisions, and pull the iliac crest from the first incision to the first 2 Incision, abduction of the thigh in the thigh, suture the tendon bundle with the sacral tendon flap and the sacral spine muscle, and retain the proper tension.
