Surgical procedure 1.V type internal oblique After the migration of the rectus muscles in both eyes and the attachment point, or the shortening of the external rectus muscles and the upward movement of the attachment points, or the migration of the rectus muscles in the monocular, the attachment points are moved down and the lateral rectus muscles are shortened, and the attachment points are moved up. 2.V type external oblique After the extraocular rectus muscles migrated and the attachment points moved up, or the monocular external rectus muscles migrated and the attachment points moved up and the internal rectus muscles shortened and the attachment points moved down. 3.A type internal oblique After the rectus muscles in both eyes migrate and the attachment points move up, or the intraocular rectus muscles migrate and the attachment points move up and the lateral rectus muscles shorten the attachment point, or the external rectus muscles shorten and the attachment points shift downward. 4. Type A external oblique The bilateral external rectus muscles migrate and the attachment point shifts downward. Or the monocular external rectus muscle migrates and the attachment point moves down and the inner rectus muscle shortens upward displacement.
