Muscle loop valve surgery

When a person is walking, the semitendinosus and gastrocnemius muscles are interlaced and relaxed. During the swing phase, the semitendinosus muscle is in a contracted state and the gastrocnemius muscle is in a relaxed state. Patients with deep venous insufficiency develop blood reflux during this period. The alternating contraction and relaxation of the u-shaped scorpion sutured by the semitendinosus and the biceps femoris during walking constantly exerts a sliding compression effect on the iliac vein, thereby blocking the blood countercurrent. Treating diseases: heart valve disease Indication Moderate or severe valvular insufficiency. Surgical procedure 1. Incision: 6 cm above the upper edge of the humerus, extending to the lateral edge of the semitendinosus to 2 cm above the transverse line of the armpit, crossing the armpit, and then cutting down the lateral edge of the biceps to the humeral head. 2. Anatomy of the common iliac crest and the radial nerve and the deep iliac vein on the medial edge of the biceps femoris. 3. Dissect the semitendinosus and cut it at the stop point. Cut the medial part of the biceps femoris longitudinally and cut it at the stop point. The free end of the semitendinosus muscle was passed through the anterior and posterior iliac veins and passed through the gap between the two vessels, and sutured with the free edge of the biceps femoris, forming a u-shaped tendon. 4. Strictly stop bleeding, 25mg of prednisone acetate can be injected into the armpit, and the incision is sutured layer by layer.
