Mycobacterium tuberculosis serology (anti-TB)

The serological test of Mycobacterium tuberculosis includes a variety of embedding antigens, crude antigens of tuberculosis, purified antigens, corresponding antigens of monoclonal antibodies, recombinant protein antigens of tuberculosis, such as 38kD, LAM, and the like. When the patient is infected with Mycobacterium tuberculosis, 40% to 70% of patients have positive antibodies (anti-TB). This test is used for the auxiliary diagnosis and differential diagnosis of various suspected tuberculosis infectious diseases. Basic Information Specialist classification: Infectious disease inspection and classification: pathogenic microorganism inspection Applicable gender: whether men and women apply fasting: not fasting Analysis results: Below normal: Normal value: no Above normal: negative: normal. Positive: Prompt for tuberculosis infection. Tips: Do not take medicine for a period of time before the test. Normal value negative. Clinical significance Positive indicates tuberculosis infection. However, because serological examination is not specific and sensitive, it can only be used as an auxiliary diagnostic tool. Precautions Before the test: Do not take medicine for a period of time before the test. When checking: Eliminate tension and relax. Inspection process The digestive treatment of sputum specimens should be initially estimated. The amount of sputum specimens should be estimated. Add the equal amount of trypsin suspension and stir the sputum with clean bamboo stalks to fully dissolve and mix the two. After standing for 25 to 40 minutes, 0.5 ml of the solution was added to a centrifuge tube, centrifuged at 10,000 r/min for 5 min, the supernatant was discarded, and 1 ml of physiological saline was added to the precipitate. After shaking and precipitating, the mixture was centrifuged at 10000 r/min for 5 min, so 3 to 4 times, the supernatant was discarded, and the precipitate was used for TB-DNA extraction. The remaining digestive sputum was poured into a centrifuge tube and centrifuged at 10000 r/min for 5 min to aspirate the supernatant. Take the sediment smear for acid-fast staining. Not suitable for the crowd There are no taboos. Adverse reactions and risks There are no related complications and hazards.
