FBC rose test

A method for detecting human T lymphocytes. The surface of human T lymphocytes has red blood cell receptors, which can spontaneously combine with sheep red blood cells to form rose petals, hence the name. These receptors are synthesized by living cells, and lose the formation of E-roses after the cells die. This response is a unique hallmark of human T lymphocytes. The cellular immunity of the T cell body, when the results of the E-rose test in the blood are significantly reduced, indicates a decrease in the level of cellular immunity. Precautions Taboo before the test: taboo overeating, requiring fasting blood test in the morning. Requirements for examination: The blood sample to be tested must be fresh and sterile. It is required to be tested within 3h~4h after blood collection. Otherwise, the receptor will fall off due to the death of lymphocytes, which will affect the test results.
